Shipping within Australia
- We ship within Australia using Sendle, Australia’s first carbon neutral delivery service.
- Orders are generally dispatched within 1 day of receiving payment.
- Orders usually arrive within 2-3 days.
- Free shipping is available for all tea orders over $40 (for tea orders under $40 a flat rate of $5).
- Shipping for accessories and sets is $9.95 flat.
- Tracking is available on all deliveries and you will receive notification via email on pick up and delivery as well as information about redelivery, errors or collection information.
Shipping Internationally
- We currently ship internationally through Australia Post however we are happy to use your preferred courier if you have one. Please contact us about this at info@soratea.com.
- Orders are generally dispatched within 1 day of receiving payment.
- Parcels are shipped using Economy Air Mail or Standard With Tracking which means they should arrive within 5-10 days.
- Shipping fees are charged by weight and calculated at checkout.

- To The US and Canada: under 500g = US$12, 500g – 1kg = US$26, 1kg – 1.5kg = US$36, 1.5kg – 2kg = US$44
- To The UK & Europe: under 500g = AU$15, 500g – 1kg = AU$30, 1kg – 1.5kg = AU$45, 1.5kg – 2kg = AU$55
- To Asia & the Pacific: under 500g = AU$15, 500g – 1kg = AU$30, 1kg – 1.5kg = AU$45, 1.5kg – 2kg = AU$55
- To New Zealand: under 500g = AU$12, 500g – 1kg = AU$24, 1kg – 1.5kg = AU$30, 1.5kg – 2kg = AU$35
- To South America & Africa: under 500g = AU$23, 500g – 1kg = AU$50, 1kg – 1.5kg = AU$70, 1.5kg – 2kg = AU$95
- To everywhere not listed above: under 500g = AU$23, 500g – 1kg = AU$50, 1kg – 1.5kg = AU$70, 1.5kg – 2kg = AU$95

Returns
Non-food Items:
In accordance with Australian Consumer Protection Law and as outlined in our Terms & Conditions we may provide a refund not including postage costs on the return of the products within 30 days where the product packaging is unopened.
If the products are damaged or faulty we will determine whether to replace the product or refund the cost including shipping once we receive the return. In such a case you will be responsible for return shipping costs which may then be refunded upon receipt of the damaged or faulty items.
As tracking is available we are not liable for loss of goods lost in transit however we may offer a credit in such cases at our discretion.
Food Items:
As tea is a perishable good we are not able to accept returns however in the case you feel your purchase is unfit for consumption due to contamination, age or damage it may be replaced at our discretion after inspection. In such a case you will be responsible for return shipping costs which may then be refunded upon receipt of the items.
